Welcome to Infinity Transfers. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our premium chauffeur services. By accessing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Introduction

Infinity Transfers provides high-end private transportation and chauffeur services. These Terms govern your relationship with Infinity Transfers when you book a transfer through our website, mobile application, or via our concierge desk. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

All bookings are subject to availability and the specific conditions set out in these Terms. Our primary goal is to provide a seamless, luxurious experience while ensuring the safety and comfort of all our passengers.

Booking and Reservations

To ensure the highest quality of service, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made through our digital platforms or via phone.

  • All bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference number.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, times, and flight details.
  • For airport transfers, we include a 60-minute complimentary waiting time from the actual flight arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our professional chauffeurs:

Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 12–24 hours incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is transparent and competitive for the premium nature of our fleet. Rates include all taxes, tolls, and standard gratuities unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking via credit/debit card or authorized corporate accounts.
  • Additional charges may apply for significant itinerary changes after the journey has commenced.
  • Night surcharges and public holiday premiums may apply and will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Liability

Infinity Transfers takes every precaution to ensure a safe journey. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road traffic accidents, or civil unrest.

“Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer booked. We recommend that all passengers maintain personal travel insurance for their journeys.”

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we will make every effort to return items left in our vehicles, Infinity Transfers cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal property.
